The Night Life!! The Night Life!! The games are great and the events are great, but the Night Life is what brings so many people to the CIAA event yearly Urban Event. There are tons of day parties attended by well-known celebrities.

The CIAA is a 100-year college basketball event that features HBCU's!! Tournament week offers events for every social palate including parties, numerous educational and healthy-living components, step-shows, and the famous Battle of the Bands. The men's and women's tournaments are held simultaneously and their respectitive championship games on Saturday night.

Weekend Package:

Two or Three nights hotel accomodations at the Hampton Inn Charlotte

Complimentary hot breakfast daily

Complimentary high-speed internet

Admission to CIAA party (TBA)

All Taxes & Service Charges

3 Nights - Weekend Package Rates:

Single Occupancy - $775 per person

Double Occupancy - $400 per person

Triple Occupancy - $350 per person

Quad Occupancy - $300 per person 

2 Nights - Weekend Package Rates:

Single Occupancy - $550 per person

Double Occupancy - $300 per person

Triple Occupancy - $275 per person

Quad Occupancy - $225 per person

Deposits & Payments (per person)

Early Bird Deposit (All Packages) $50 per person until 8/31/12

Regular Deposit (All Packages) $175 per person after 10/31/12

Payments $75.00 monthly by the 15th** (Please note:  50% of balance MUST be paid by 11/15/12)

Final payment due by January 15, 2013 

Air Travel:

Air Travel is not included in your package; however for groups of 10 or more traveling on the same itinerary we can coordinate your flights with a $50 deposit.  Final Payment date provided at time of group booking.

Individual Travelers must pay for their flight in full at the time of booking.

Air travel services are only provided to clients purchasing a travel package from Exotic Escapes by Kim.

Policies & Information:

All payments are non-refundable & non-transferrable due to contractual agreements with the hotel.

All payments received after due dates will incur a $50 service charge.

Event is capacity-controlled and may sell out quickly.

Each individual is responsible for their own transportation to Charlotte.
